In our 10+ years of teaching physiotherapists and other allied health professionals, there's one area that we consistently hear students don't feel confident treating - the dreaded wrist! 😱
Its definitely a tricky area - there are a LOT of articulations, tendons crossing everywhere, and the nerves are so sensitive 😖
But everything that makes the wrist tricky to treat is also what makes it EASY to treat - if you know where to look, and have the right tools in your toolkit!
