About the event

Struggling with neck patients? Do they seem like they're just not really getting that much better? Or do you know that your patient's upper extremity complaint has a cervical component, but not quite sure what to do about it? Look no further, we are here to help with all of the above! We know that the vast majority of practitioners will have a good amount of neck pain complaints on their caseloads - the scourge of modern computer work has been made so much worse by less-than-ideal work from home workstation setups - so we've designed this workshop to help practitioners gain the skills to confidently treat these often-chronic cases. There's nothing quite like being able to create a meaningful change for your patient after they've been suffering with the same symptoms for years! We want you to get to experience that feeling on the regular 👊

In this workshop, you'll learn:

  • How to streamline your assessment and refine your palpation techniques in order to be able to identify specific soft tissue, articular, and neural targets for treatment
  • How to use the Pointer Plus to target specific nerves and muscles around the neck
  • How to get the most out of your needling inputs by using precise palpation, expert needling technique, and efficient processes honed by decades of experience
  • Which specific exercises we like best for targeting local and ancillary muscles
  • How to gauge which patients you can be a bit more aggressive with in your treatment, and which ones you need to go super slow with

Come spend an evening with like-minded individuals committed to their professional development! We'll have a small group with lots of time for hands-on practice with supervision and feedback.
