WE'RE JULIA AND JOELLE, FOUNDERS OF PHYSIO MENTORS, AND THIS IS OUR STORY
After graduating from Physiotherapy school, it didn't take long for us to recognize the huge gap between what was taught to us in school, and the skills actually needed to practice effectively.
It wasn't until we started receiving mentorship that our careers progressed and we finally felt some confidence in our practice.
With growth in our own practices, we started offering tutorials to give health care practitioners the confidence, knowledge and experience they needed to use their education to maximum efficacy.
We wanted to provide graduates access to mentorship, since we had received so much value from mentors throughout our careers.
After years of honing our program, Physio Mentors was created in 2017 to bridge the gap between new graduates and practitioners of physiotherapy by creating a like-minded community that supports the growth of one another, built around the neurofunctional model of physiotherapy.
